TERMS OF SERVICE

Information submitted to TSSG will be used for meeting reminders and sharing content via SMS or email. SMS messages will include meeting times and who is attending the appointment.

You can unenroll from the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the toll free number. After sending “STOP”, you will be immediately unenrolled from SMS service and you will not longer receive SMS messages from TSSG. To re-enroll in SMS appointment reminders, resubmit the website form and confirm that you would like to receive SMS reminders. This form can be found here.

If you are experiencing any issues with the SMS messaging service, you can reply to the toll free number with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance. You also can email TSSG at support@tssgcoaching.com for additional assistance.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from TSSG to the customer or from the customer to TSSG. If you have any questions regarding your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
