GENERATOR DEALERS HAVE A SALES PROBLEM
Homeowners are different nowadays. They are doing more and more research on potential solutions and their minds are almost made up by the time a brand can introduce itself.
Sales teams are expected to succeed based on tactics and strategies that are outdated for how buyers are currently making purchases.
If 80% of the sales process is completed before a salesperson even gets involved, how can generator dealers make sure that their message is getting across to the right people at the right time?

BAD PROCESS = BAD EXPERIENCE
The most successful dealers post-COVID-19 understand that with this change in purchasing behavior comes the need to leverage the right tools and processes.
But as a generator dealer and business owner, you know that there is only so much one person can do without needing help. You want to focus on providing the best products and services to your customers, and sometimes this means other areas of the dealership can go overlooked. It's a tall order to be working ON the business when you're working IN the business.
Inefficient sales processes, lack of insight into customer data, and inconsistent communication can make a customer's experience with you lackluster, even with an amazing product.

MODERNIZE YOUR APPROACH & GAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE
Keeping tabs on your service technicians, tracking your deal pipelines, and quoting new jobs produces a ton of information and paperwork that needs to be kept organized.
Without the right tools and processes in place, this can be almost impossible.
We get it because we've been there. As GENERAC's 2022 Compass Award winners, we know that finding the right tools and developing the right processes specific to the generator industry can be incredibly frustrating.
With hundreds of different solutions and systems out there, focusing on CRM shopping while keeping your business running is a big ask.
That's where TSSG comes in. We understand the frustrations that generator dealers are facing, because we've been through it ourselves.
So tap us in. We can help navigate the complexities of your digital sales ecosystem while you focus on what matters.

GIVE YOUR GENERATOR DEALERSHIP THE TOOLS OF A LARGE COMPANY WITHOUT THE COST
CRM systems and marketing automation tools are no longer exclusive to enterprise organizations.
Leverage the technology that large companies do without having to pay enterprise prices.
By taking advantage of a CRM, you'll get improved efficiency in your sales process, insightful customer data at your fingertips, and consistent communication channels all in one source.
Most importantly, you won't leave business on the table ever again.
QUESTIONS? WE GET IT
Because we customize your CRM specifically to you and your business, the cost varies greatly depending on the situation.
For individual operators and smaller businesses, CRM buildouts come in around $3,000. For larger teams with more departments and users, a buildout can be upwards of $10,000. For a better idea as to what a buildout with your company would look like, book a demo with us so we can go over the details.
There is a difference between a buildout cost and the ongoing management fees. After we build out your system, there is a monthly service fee for using the software.
This cost varies as well, starting around $500/mo depending on the features you will need access to.
Larger, more feature-inclusive packages max out at around $2,000/mo.
The short answer - yes!
In most cases however, implementing a CRM can eliminate a lot of the extra tools you may be using; reducing your systems costs and creating a one-stop ecosystem where all your information lives.
If you can't eliminate some of the tools you're already leveraging, there are integrations your CRM will have with many of the common tools used throughout the generator industry. Your quoting and service tools will connect to the system without a hitch.
Even if there isn't a native integration with a specific tool your dealership uses, we can connect the two systems via an API for a small added cost.
